When I link to shoutcast server http://84.16.251.251:10278 Iget message server is down. But some people can still listen any ideas

Are you sure your internet radio server is running? I think this is the error message when it's not started.

Your internet radio control panel has an option to start or stop the server. If it's stopped no-one on the internet can hear your broadcast. You will be unable to stream to it - your encoder should tell you whether ir not its been able to make a successful connection to it.

Ok Prob solved Local PC had crashed in studio not sending stream. Thanks for the help guys
